Just to give you an update:
There is a tournament this weekend at UPENN for PF only. The topic is Resolved: Direct Popular Vote should Replace Electoral Vote in presidential elections. The tournament is going to be on UPENN's campus on Saturday (Dec. 3). All debators are encouraged to go whether competing or watching. If you plan to please sign up in the front office.
